Ingredients

• 1 bag (300g) BE Yellow curry sauce
• 1/2 cup (125ml) of water
• 200g chicken breast (sliced)
• 1 cup of mixed veggetables of your choice (optional)

Optional : Thai sweet basil and red chili for garnish

In a sauce pan or a wok, heat the Blue Elephant Yellow Curry Sauce with 1/2 cup (125ml) of water. Bring to boil.
Add the sliced chicken breast and optional vegetables if you have.
Simmer until protein is cooked to your taste.

Chef s Tip

Feel free to replace the chicken with prawns , fish fillets, pork fillet or only mixed veggetables
