Ingredients

• 1 bag (300g) BE Red curry sauce
• 1/2 cup (125ml) of water
• 200g chicken breast (sliced)
• 1 cup of mixed vegetables of your choice (optional)
• Thai sweet basil and red chili for garnish (optional)

In a sauce pan or a wok, heat the Blue Elephant Red Curry Sauce with 1/2 cup (125ml) of water. Bring to boil.
Add the sliced chicken breast and optional vegetables if you have.
Simmer until protein is cooked to your taste.
Garnish with sliced red chili. Serve with Blue Elephant Thai jasmine rice.

Chef s Tip

Feel free to replace the chicken with prawns, fish fillets, pork fillet or roasted duck breast.

Instead of the usual veggies, the red curry such as the massaman nicely match fruits: a few diced of pineapple, or a few red grapes or lychees will surprise and amaze your guests !
