Ingredients

• 1 bag (300g) BE Green curry sauce
• 1/2 cup (125ml) of water
• 200g chicken breast (sliced)
• 1 cup of mixed veggetables of your choice (optional)

Optional : red chili for garnish

In a sauce pan or a wok, heat the Blue Elephant Green Curry Sauce with 1/2 cup (125ml) of water. Bring to boil.
Add the sliced chicken breast and optional vegetables if you have.
Simmer until protein is cooked to your taste.
Garnish with sliced red chili. Serve with Blue Elephant Thai jasmine rice.

Chef s Tip

Feel free to replace the chicken with meatballs, pork fillet or seafood !

We love to match the iodine subtle taste of mussels or lobster with green curry. In that case cook the mussels as usual or grill the lobster, and use the warmed up curry sauce as a topping on your plate… spicy pleasure guaranteed !
