Chef Nooror Somany Steppe of the Blue Elephant Group and her vibrant team bring to your Valentine’s Celebration a variety o exciting tastes – sweet, sour, bitter, spicy, and pungent all of which define the flavours of love, specially curated from the finest, handpicked Thai herbs with health benefits. What better way to share a generous token of your affection and Tastes of Love.

Blue Elephant Phuket’s “Tastes of Love” Valentine’s Day Menu indulges you right from your first bites of love with a triplet of appetizers: “Aphrodisiac Oyster Souffle”, “Love Letter Wrapped Beef Tartar” and “Bouquet of Love Steamed Rose Dumplings”. Next on the menu are Chef Nooror’s “Love at First Bite Blue Swimmer Crab with Royal Project Farmed Purple Eggplant and a hint of Truffle” and her signature, revolutionary delicacy “Tamarind Foie Gras Duck Breast I-Sarn Dip”. After a brief interval, you can pamper your loved one’s taste buds with “Tom Yum Red Grouper”, a classic recipe concocted with Thai herbs followed by a delicately pan-seared “Drunken Tiger Prawn” with Southern spices topped with spicy wild ginger. Then regale her with a “Poem of Love Massaman Curry” with a choice of Pork Belly (or Beef) prepared with a piquant blend of spices namely cumin, cinnamon, creamy coconut milk, and Phuketian GI Pineapple.
