Som Tam Papaya salad

Ingredients

• 150g green papaya • gratted (or gratted carrots)
• 35g of gratted carrots
• 5•6 pieces of cherry tomatoes
• 1 wedge of lime
• 1 Tbsp of roasted peanuts
• 4 Tbsp BE Som Tam (Thai Chili & Lime) dressing

Cooking Steps

Toss all ingredients in a mixing bowl
Add the BE dressing sauce, squeeze the lime and mix until all vegetables are coated.

Nice to serve with glutinous (sticky) rice and crispy fried chicken !

Heat 2 Tbsp of VG oil in a frying pan with 2 cloves of crushed garlic until aroma develops and pan very hot.

Step 2

Add the BE dressing sauce, squeeze the lime and mix until all vegetables are coated.

Chef s Tip

Usually Som Tam is a salad we like to eat very spicy… if you do to, you can crush 1 or 2 bird eye chilies to stir in the salad !
