In an optimal environment, Chef Nooror blends a cuisine of the past and present—as well as the future—employing only the most select Thai ingredients, since quality is, after all, our hallmark.

SUNDAY BRUNCH

The first buffet consists of appetizers, with nems, marinated brochettes, fritters, duck salad, mini-crêpes, etc. A second buffet of soups and hot dishes features typical and elegantly prepared Thai duck curry, sautéed shrimp, vegetables, and more. We conclude with a desert buffet, including papaya, mango, litchi, etc., as well as a broad selection of cakes (caramel, coconut, etc.).
