Concocts An Impressive Valentine’s Day Set Menu To Woo The One You love

Bangkok, January 2022: – Chef Nooror Somany Steppe of the Blue Elephant Group, is cooking up an intimate Valentines’ Day Menu comprising elegant and flavourful dishes ranging from classic recipes to innovative, healthy treats to guarantee eternal love from your sweet heart right from the beginning of a romantic evening.

Blue Elephant Bangkok’s “Auspicious Love” Valentine’s Day Menu starts off by teasing your palette with a savoury “Prawn Salad” amuse bouche before indulging in your first bites of love with a triplet of appetizers: “Aphrodisiac Crab Souffle”, “Bouquet of Love Steamed Rose Dumplings” and “Scallop Avocado Mousse”. Chef Nooror’s everlasting classic “Tamarind Foie Gras des Landes’” created in Blue Elephant Paris 15 years ago, Petchaboon province; and the savoury “Smoked Duck Salad Longan” are next on the menu. “Kiss Me Darling Tom Yum Red Grouper” with Thai herbs, “Chicken Cumin Curry”, a southern heritage turmeric homemade curry, and “Aphrodisiac Beef Check“ stir-fried with Wild Ginger, Thai Chili and Chiang Rai garlic are certain to enhance a balanced taste of love.
