Ingredients
• 1 bag (300g) BE Tom Kha ready•to•heat Soup
• 1/2 cup (125ml) of water
• 200g chicken breast (sliced)
• 1 handful of mushrooms (quartered)
• 1/2 lime
• 1/2 cup (125ml) of water

Optional : Coriander leaves for garnish

In a sauce pan or a wok, heat the Blue Elephant Tom Kha Soup with 1/2 cup (125ml) of water. Bring to boil.
Add the sliced chicken breast and mushrooms.
Simmer until protein is cooked to your taste.
Squeeze the lime. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Chef s Tip
Do not hesitate to use mixed wild mushrooms to give more depth and sophistication to your dish.
