Reception
In the early hours
of the day, just after harvesting from the farms, all
freshly cut ingredients arrive at our Bangkok facilities.
- Control of size and quality specifications
- Weight & quantity checked according to
the purchase order
- All comments consigned on quality book
Sanitizing
Once getting in the production zone, fruit and
vegetables are carefully washed with a chlorine releasing
detergent
and sanitizer.
- Soils, bacteria, yeast and molds removed
- Reduced wilting and spoilage in handling and storage.
- Fruits & vegetables rinsed thoroughly with flowing
tap water then dried
Selection
Our in house packers select, control then cut off
meticulously all surplus parts.
- Each kilo shipped is ready to use
- Roots are peeled and sliced
- Cutting can be adjusted according your
own specifications
Packing
From packing for wholesale, to coloured Blue Elephant
branded recipe baskets, we customize packaging according to
your specification and labelling requirement.
- Roots and coconuts are vaccum packed
- Vegetables packing available in 50, 100 and 500g
- Fruits packed in handmade baskets or loose
Loading
Stored for just a few hours in our cool room,
boxes are directly loaded in plane at Bangkok airport.
- All destinations available with the most competitive
air carriers
- Export documents issued for easy custom clearance
at destination airport.
