A rich curry of beef and coconut milk with coriander, aubergine and Thai sweet basil.
A typical dish from the south of Thailand, a lamb curry dish of spices in coconut milk, Thai sweet potatoes, roasted peanuts and cashew nuts. This dish was described in a poem by King Rama II.

Grilled marinated Angus rib of beef, deep fried vegetables, red curry sauce.
Grilled rib of beef with lemongrass and young pepper corns. accompanied by roasted black sesame seed rice, served with mixed salad tossed in a Thai herb dressing.

Massaman lamb, emerald chicken, prawn cury, enoki seafood salad, Blue Elephant mixed vegetables and served with steamed jasmine rice.
