  • WHITE - PALATINO ~ VERMENTINO CAMILLERI WINES ~ MALTA

    The first aromatic impression of this locally-grown Vermentino is floral with underlying herbal touches. The ensuing palate tends towards a medium body yet offers a rich myriad of fruity flavours supported by a refreshingly crisp acidity.

  • CHARDONNAY ‘ISIS’ MERIDIANA ~ MALTA

    Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, Isis is characterised by fresh, natural, tropical fruit flavours. The name Isis recalls the Phoenician goddess of sailors whose vigilant eye still graces the prow of the Maltese fishing luzzu.

  • PINOT GRIGIO SANT’ ORSOLA, VENETO ~ ITALY

    A light and refreshing Italian white with citrus and melon flavors on the finish.

  • CHABLIS LAROCHE, BURGUNDY ~ FRANCE

    A wine with a fine minerality on the nose, with a crisp, lemony style and sense of purity. On the palate more fine apple fruit and a creamy texture, with more mineral notes that are hallmark Chablis.

  • VERDEJO FRAY GERMAN, RUEDA ~ SPAIN

    This wine is crisp and light, relying on Verdejo to contribute a soft richness to the texture and a lightly honeyed citrus and apple flavours to the palate.

  • SAUVIGNON BLANC PUNTO NIÑO-LAROCHE, ELQUI VALLEY ~ CHILE

    A wine with a nice passion fruit and tropical fruit, nose. Sauvignon Blanc herbaceous notes but a refined edge to the fruit on the palate. An attractive, Sauvignon, with abundant fruit, plenty of body, succulent with good acidity.

  • CHENIN BLANC L’AVENIR - LAROCHE, WESTERN CAPE ~ SOUTH AFRICA

    A wine with a lovely nose that is rich with plenty of nutty and apple fruit. On the palate there’s a slight sweetness, with plenty of crisp pear and apple notes and a little hint of ripe tropical. Lovely acidity is crisp and well integrated.

  • CHARDONNAY DEAKIN ESTATE, VICTORIA ~ AUSTRALIA

    Layers of creamy fruit worked neatly with a light touch of oak. Has a slightly nutty character with a fine lingering acid.

  • ROSÉ - BLUSH DRY ROSÉ CAMILLERI WINES ~ MALTA

    A fusion of locally grown Syrah and Merlot grapes give this wine an enticing fragrance of fresh strawberries and light floral breeze. Relish its tang of strawberry crush and delight in its dry, stylish, medium-bodied palate.

  • RED - PALATINO ~ MERLOT CAMILLERI WINES ~ MALTA

    This Merlot shows a nose reminiscent of berries and cherries with hints of cassis. These characteristics are generously confirmed in its medium-bodied palate showing plum and cranberry flavours with soft, approachable tannins.

  • CABERNET SAUVIGNON, MERLOT ‘MELQART’ MERIDIANA ~ MALTA

    Made from an artful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. Melqart is characterised by ripe berry flavours which are enhanced by light oak nuances. The name Melqart recalls the Phoenician god of sailors worshipped in Malta during the Punic period.

  • CHIANTI ‘CASTIGLIONI’ MARCHESI DE’ FRESCOBALDI, TUSCANY ~ ITALY

    The nose opens to clean aromas of black cherry over nuances of dried plum and spicy, sage-like herbs. The palate is remarkable for its balance, showing abundant but well-integrated tannins, a tasty acidity, and a finish in harmony with all its components.

  • CHATEAU LANGORAIN BORDEAUX ~ FRANCE

    Aromas of small red fruits with hazelnuts and spicy notes. The palate is very fruity at the beginning, then more complex flavours such as liquorice and spices come with aeration. Tannins are silky, with a structure that is powerful and well balanced.

  • CRIANZA VALDUBÓN, RIBERA DEL DUERO ~ SPAIN

    A wine with complex nose showing a balance of ripe fruit, liquorice, vanilla and coconut, combining with light balsamic notes. Elegant and full on the palate, opening with ripe tannins and ending with a powerful and balanced finish.

  • SHIRAZ, MOURVEDRE KUMALA, WESTERN CAPE ~ SOUTH AFRICA

    A full-bodied wine with dark plum fruit and a hint of smoky spice coming from the oak.
