    Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, Isis is characterised by fresh, natural, tropical fruit flavours. The name Isis recalls the Phoenician goddess of sailors whose vigilant eye still graces the prow of the Maltese fishing luzzu.

    This is a benchmark pure Chablis – very classic and offering good value. It shows clean, subtle apples and cream on the nose. The palate is crisp, lively and firm with stony notes in a typical finish.

  • SANCERRE ‘GRANDE RESERVE’ HENRI BOURGEOIS, LOIRE ~ FRANCE

    Full fruit on the nose, smoky and even a touch creamy, with yellow fruit characteristics. A lovely palate follows, with a nice smokiness to it, and a fine, sappy substance and rocky, dusty minerality.
