Chiang Mai, Thailand’s second biggest city,

a wonderful contrast with Bangkok.
Most of our Thai chefs, come from this region, and so, do the
team members.
So all team members are creating amazing dishes, from their home
town,
exclusive for this festival.
Traditional northern silk costumes shall highlight further the
evening, and
on top of that you shall all be sensing the magic of this
region, when our
team members shall perform Thai dancing with the KHIM
instrument, played
live in the background.
