Khun Oula
Special skill: Seafood
Lovely and bubbly by nature, Parichat Yoodee (called Oula
affectionately) was born in Bangkok, Thailand, where she graduated
in Home economics specialising in Thai Cooking. She then came to
London in 1990 to further her cooking skills, and found employment
in the Blue Elephant on January 1991. Oula has not looked back
since. |

Her skills have grown considerably working under
different chefs. Ten years experience in the Blue Elephant
kitchens along with her exceptional abilities as an organiser
earned her the coveted position of filling in for the
Executive Chef when the restaurant was without one for a
period of time. Oula remains in the kitchens today, keeping up
the spirits in the kitchen with her lively nature and
sparkling personality. Indeed, it would be a dull place
without her. |
