Khun Sauwaluck Sri-Aim (Luck)

Khun Sauwaluck, or just ‘Luck’ as she is more popularly known as, is the pleasant faced and motherly wife of Khun Surapol. She joined her husband at the Blue Elephant in London in 2000 as First Chef. Like her husband, Khun Luck has worked for various hotels in Bangkok and Manila as commi chef or assistant chef.

Even as a young child, she always had a natural deep interest in cooking. It seems in her destiny that she should marry a chef and follow in the same profession as him by simply following her heart.

Khun Luck now mainly assists in preparation of mis en place and vegetable carving for decoration in Blue Elephant, London. True to her name, this dear lady has certainly brought luck to all around her.
