    Our special recipe of chicken and vegetable stuffing, served with red sweet and sour sauce.

    Ground fish fillet mixed with our own red curry paste and exotic herbs, accompanied by cucumber salad.

    A delicious snack with a hint of spice & red curry mixed with sweet corn balanced perfectly, dipped into cucumber ajard sauce.

  • FOIE GRAS WITH TAMARIND SAUCE

    Delectable Thai flavour added into seared French goose liver from “Landes” served with tremendous unique flavour of tamarind sauce.

  • MIENG KHAM

    Eating Mieng Kham is like a taste explosion…
    Ingredients: Betel leaves, diced ginger, roasted dried shrimps, diced green lime, roasted peanut, chopped fresh Thai chili, sliced shallots, roasted coconut.
    Sauce: Caramelized Thai palm sugar with galangal sauce.

  • MIENG KHAM FRUIT (Vegetarian optional)

    A mixture of fresh pomelo, shaded green mango, cubed pineapple, pickled cabbage, fresh Thai chilli, roasted shredded coconut and roasted peanut.
    Sauce: Caramelized Thai palm sugar with tamarind sauce.
