Prawns wrapped in rice paper stuffed with chicken accompanied by a plum sauce.
Spring Roll Blue Elephant
Our special recipe of chicken and prawn in crisp rolls, serve with
red sweet and sour sauce.
Yam Som O
Pomelo salad with prawn, shredded chicken, roasted coconut and lime dressing


SOUP
Tom Kha Talay
A seafood soup with coconut milk, flavoured with lemongrass and Makrude leaves.

Tom Yam Koong
The Thai’s favourite soup - a clear broth with spiced prawns.

MAIN COURSES
Kaeng Khua Sapparos Koong
Red prawn curry in coconut milk, enhanced with fresh pineapple
Yam Nua
A refreshing dish of grilled tenderloin flavored with mint,
coriander and tossed in a lime and chili dressing.
Pla Neung See-Iew

Whole steamed Baby Hammour, swimming in the sea of seasoning.
Emerald Chicken
Jewels of marinated chicken wrapped in Toey leaves and accompanied
by a ginger and sésame sauce.
Massaman N
A typical dish from South Thailand of slowly braised lamb in a medium
spicy rich gentle sauce.
