    Lammekød sauteret med friske grønne peberkorn, chili og thai urter. A dish created for the Blue Elephant by our Chef Kop. A stir-fried lamb with exotic spices and herbs.

  • Spare Ribs

    En stor portion saftige spareribs, marineret og grillet på husets façon. A large plate of sticky succulent spare ribs.

  • Moo Phad Prik

    Svinekød sauteret med friske baby auberginer og sød basilikum. Very spicy stir-fried pork with chillies, baby aubergines and sweet basil leaves.

  • Moo Ka Thieam Prik Thai

    Sauteret svinekød, krydret med hvidløg og koriander. Stir-fried pork flavoured with garlic, green peppercorn and coriander.

  • Paneng Nua

    En karryret med oksekød, kokosmælk, citrongræs og koriander. A rich curry of beef and coconut milk with lemongrass and coriander.

  • Ban Chiang

    >Marinerede skiver af oksekød, sauteret med løg, champignon og babymajs. Marinated fillet of beef sliced and stir-fried with onions, mushrooms and baby corn.

  • Nua Phad Phrik

    Sauteret oksekød i chili, krydret med baby auberginer. Extremely spicy stir-fried sirloin with baby aubergines.

  • Kylling og And - Ginger Chicken

    Sauteret kyllinge skiver med frisk revet ingefær og parfumerede svampe. Stir-fried chicken strips with sliced ginger and perfumed mushroom.

  • Kai Himmapan

    Sauteret kyllingkød med cashewnødder, anrettet i frisk ananas, Lige så smuk for øjet som lækker for ganen. Stir-fried chicken with pineapple baby corn, topped with cashew nuts served in a fresh pineapple scooped shell.

  • Smaragder

    Små stykker marineret kyllingkød, indpakket i friske grønne blade, bai toey hom, og serveret med tamarinde sauce. Jewels of marinated chicken wrapped in Toey leaves and accompanied by a sweet and sour sauce.

  • Laab Kai

    Typisk thai-salat, tilberedt af finthakket kyllingebryst, skalotteløg, thai mintblade og limedressing. Typical spicy salad of minced free range chicken, shollot, Thai mint and lime dressing.

  • Thailandsk Karrykylling

    En stærk, grøn karryret med kylling i kokosmælk og baby auberginer. A hot green curry of chicken in coconut milk with Makua Puang (baby aubergine).

  • Paneng Kai

    En karryret med kylling, kokosmælk, citrongræs og koriander. A rich red curry of free range supreme chicken and  coconut milk flavoured with sweet basil.
