CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN MEKHONG COCKTAIL COMPETITION

PRIZE:
THE WINNER
-  One Royal Orchid Holiday package to Thailand in a luxury 5 star hotel,
   term and conditions apply.
-  Complimentary one course cooking class at Blue Elephant Cooking School.
-  Complimentary dinner for two at the Blue Elephant in Bangkok.

RULES:
All the recipes that comply with the conditions of the competition are to be registered into the contest. The closing day of registration is 23rd March  2009.
The finals will be held at Blue Elephant restaurant on the afternoon of 3rd April 2009

JUDGMENT:
The competition will be judged by the judges who will be nominated by our sponsors.

RECIPES:
1. Each recipe must contain Mekhong as its main ingredient,
visit www.mekhongstore.com for more details on Mekhong.
 
2. The recipes entered into the contest must be original, must not
have been published either and ingredients used must be commonly
available in the UK shop.

3. All drinks may be: hand stirred, hand shaken or blended in an electric mixer.

4. Competitor must bring their bar equipment.

JUDGING:
Each competitor will be marked on the following three criteria: appearance, aroma, taste and awarded

APPEARANCE AROMA TASTE:

*Remarks: Overall Impression of Drink will be used ONLY in case of a tie.
They will not be counted only until such a time that there is tie.

1.30PM – Introduction & Canapé

2.00PM – Competition start

3.45PM – Winner announce
