At the Chefs Table you will experience an event like none other, tasting alluring dishes prepared just for you and presented by the chef herself. This exclusive experience for private groups of connoisseurs takes you behind the scenes for a dinner in the heart of a true Thai kitchen, giving you a real insight into the art of innovative Thai cuisine. The menu features up to the minute creations like cold Siam gazpacho served with pink lotus leaves, scallops with coriander crepes and yoghurt sauce or rock lobster served on a mushroom cream sauce accompanied by white asparagus. The dishes are a marriage of the highest quality Royal Thai cuisine and western influences, harmoniously combined into a unique Thai taste.

During the event the chef will describe each dish as she prepares it, enhancing your enjoyment of his novel combinations. The Chefs Table menu includes 11 courses. It can be adjusted by your special requests in order to suit all tastes and it can be complemented by matching wines. Our chefs at Blue Elephant International have helped to define evolving Thai cuisine for more than 20 years around the world.
