Khun Chumpol Jangprai
is the Asst. Corporate Chef of B.E. He was born into a family that established more than 40 years ago the famous SA NGAUN SRI restaurant now one of the oldest restaurant in Bangkok. Needless to say, his training began early and was highly intensive. After being in the Copenhagen and Brussels branch for more than a decade, he returned to Bangkok in 2000 when he became the group’s assistant corporate chef and helped set the opening of Blue Elephant Cooking School.
