With several years of experience in the Middle East, Chef P Chatchai is a culinary specialist in addition to being a master in kitchen management. Prior to becoming the Head Chef at Blue Elephant Bahrain, he had trained rigorously in Bangkok, perfecting his art.

P Wimon is master of stir-fried dishes. His weapons are his wok and ladle. And he’s a lefty. Having worked with the Davis Group for 4 years in Thailand, he was eventually added to the talented team at Blue Elephant Bahrain.

P Kit graduated from Wang Ying University, which is the Royal Palace cooking school in Thailand specialising as a dessert chef. Joining the Blue Elephant Group in 2000, she had carved and cooked her way in to Blue Elephant Dubai, before moving to Bahrain.

Miss Manit had worked with the Blue Elephant Group for 2 years in Bangkok gaining tremendous experience during this time. Looking to contribute to our cause of sharing Thai cooking with the world, she has now moved to Bahrain.

A curry guru from Thailand, Mr. Manop is an experienced Thai culinary artist, mastering the curry dish. Green curry with chicken and Massaman lamb curry are his specialities.
