Group for 4 years in Thailand
before coming to Blue Elephant Bahrain. If you think to have stir fired dish,
he will used his left magic hand to cook its for you. |

and Carving.
P Kit,
graduated from Wang Ying University,
which is for Royal Palace cooking school in Thailand and became a dessert chef,
joining The Blue Elephant Group in 2000. She has carved and cooked in Blue
Elephant Dubai before coming to Bahrain. |

Miss Manit has been
working with the Blue Elephant Group for 2 years in Bangkok. It’s the time that she gain a lot of

to open the new world with her Thai cuisine, Salad and Main dishes is her

Curry guru from Thailand. Mr.
Manop was born in North East of Thailand. He has many experiences in Thai
cuisine especially in curry dish. Green curry with chicken, Massaman lamb curry
is his secrets weapon.
