, P Chatchai has been working around Middle East for many years, He specialist in cooking and kitchen management. In Bangkok, he trained very hard before coming to be a Head Chef in Blue Elephant Bahrain.

P Wimon, Master of stirs fried dishes. His secret weapons are wok and ladle. He uses to work with Davis Group for 4 years in Thailand before coming to Blue Elephant Bahrain. If you think to have stir fired dish, he will used his left magic hand to cook its for you.

 
     
 

Mrs. KITAPORN PUMSOOK

P Kit, graduated from Wang Ying University, which is for Royal Palace cooking school in Thailand and became a dessert chef, joining The Blue Elephant Group in 2000. She has carved and cooked in Blue Elephant Dubai before coming to Bahrain.

Miss Manit has been working with the Blue Elephant Group for 2 years in Bangkok. It’s the time that she gain a lot of experience .Now, she move to Bahrain to open the new world with her Thai cuisine, Salad and Main dishes is her strong point.

Curry guru from Thailand. Mr. Manop was born in North East of Thailand. He has many experiences in Thai cuisine especially in curry dish. Green curry with chicken, Massaman lamb curry is his secrets weapon.

Khun Toi joined Blue Elephant family since 1997. She always cooks a delicious food to our Blue Elephant member in Trade Office. Now, she moves to gain more experience in Blue Elephant Bahrain.
